Funnel marketing is exactly as it sounds. It consists of several different sections starting with the top which is traffic (largest area of the funnel), and gradually getting smaller to the base which is the sale/customer. All the stages in between vary depending on individualistic needs. We will utilize the "step" method as each level relies on the previous one and eventually pulls the prospect through to the end of the process. After the conversion we can then start building on the loyalty and advocacy of the new customer. Investing in retaining sales is just good business. It's much easier, (and cheaper), to get someone already in your store to buy, as opposed to someone outside looking in. This method may not generate results as fast as, say the email approach, but it's indispensable to a business looking for longevity.
